02What this website and the app are for
They show our designs to shops, distributors and businesses who buy in bulk, show our wholesale prices to registered buyers, and let you send us an enquiry. Nothing is sold, bought or paid for on this website or in the app, and sending an enquiry does not place an order.
03Your buyer account
You sign up with your name, a mobile number you use and a password, and you may add your shop or business name and your city. Please give correct details and keep your password to yourself — anything sent from your account is treated as sent by you. If you forget your password, message us on WhatsApp from your registered number and we will reset it. We may suspend an account that gives false details or misuses the website or the app.
04Wholesale prices
Prices are shown only to registered buyers who are signed in. They are our wholesale list prices for each piece. The price for your enquiry — for the design, colour and quantity you want — is confirmed by us when we reply, and it may differ from the list price. List prices can change at any time until we have confirmed a price to you, and a price that is obviously shown in error does not bind us.
05Enquiries and orders
An enquiry — through Get Enquiry, WhatsApp, a call or the contact form — is a request for a quote, not an order. An order exists only once you and we have agreed on the designs, colours, quantities, price, payment and dispatch, directly on WhatsApp, by phone or in writing. Until then either of us may decline.
06Minimum order quantity
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) depends on the design. We tell you the MOQ for each design when we reply to your enquiry.
07Photos and colours
Our photos show each design as closely as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens and between production batches. The colours available for a design can change — we confirm them with your enquiry.
08Payment, dispatch and any problem with goods
How you pay, how the goods reach you, and what happens if a piece has a problem are agreed with you for each order before it is confirmed. If something is not right when goods arrive, tell us straight away on WhatsApp or by phone, with photos.
09Our brands and content
Classigo™, CampusMate™ and Sparklino™ are our own brands. The photographs, designs, names and wording on this website and in the app belong to Shalimar Bag House — please do not copy them onto another website, listing or catalogue without our written permission.
10Fair use
Please do not:
- create an account in someone else's name or with a number that is not yours;
- copy, scrape or republish our prices or product listings;
- send messages that are abusive, misleading or unrelated to buying from us;
- try to break, overload or get around the security of the website or the app.
11Our responsibility
We work to keep the website, the app and our listings correct and available, but we cannot promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profit, that come from using them. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under Indian law.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The terms that applied when we confirmed an order to you continue to apply to that order.

14Governing law and jurisdiction
